How to make best use of the i-lign resources.

Access to i-lign Resources

In mid 2006 we had fifteen hard-copy implementation documents of various types. Each of these documents has now been replaced by a section within this website. The advantages of this are that we can keep our resources up-to-date and you can access them directly rather than relying on us to supply them to you. Many of the pages you will view are "books" which can be printed should you wish to do so.

Resource Types

The type of information you need will depend on the activity you are carrying out. Technical instructions, for instance, are oriented towards the technical installation and ongoing support of the software. Much of the rest of the Support information is oriented towards the business issues you are trying to solve.

 

 

Defining Business Outcomes
