- You confirm your high-level implementation timeframes.
- We confirm the availability of implementation resources.
Information Gathering
- You confirm information required.
- You confirm sources of information, availability, format etc.
- You agree an initial implementation plan with the supplier and which focuses on getting the software in place, configured and populated.
Plan the Deployment
The third phase focuses on the rollout, including:
- Finalizing detailed configuration.
- Quality assurance of i-lign data.
- Confirming and scheduling training.
- Confirming internal and i-lign support arrangements.
