Project lifecycle reporting - pending approval

Hi,

Can you tell me if it is possible to report against the project lifecycle status, where the approval is PENDING?
In terms of up-to-date project status information, we would find it really useful to see not just the lifecycle stage that the project is at, but also for managers to see at a glance if there are any projects awaiting approval.

Hi Catherine

We currently do not have a report that shows where a life-cycle change is ‘pending’. This life-cycle change assessment will of course appear on the work-owned tab of the home page of the approver.

I understand your requirement to be able to see outstanding project approvals. We will discuss how we can best address this requirement at our management meeting next week and will then post a response.

Hi Catherine

we will develop a report that identifies outstanding items across a range of areas including items such as decisions and change requests as well as life-cycle change approvals.
