Bugs fixed
- [PW-3545] - The dialog to edit a Task or Milestone in the Project Gantt chart shows some fields as editable for XPDs when they should be read-only and also shows the 'Allocations' tab
- [PW-3852] - Confirmation dialogs for deleting a Timesheet row, deleting or unlinking Events and reverting a Project's Lifecycle are collapsed in IE or do not appear in Firefox if you mouse off the button before the dialog appears
- [PW-3855] - The allocation rates in the first week of a Project's People > Allocations page are too low when the page is first viewed after logging in - refreshing the page causes the correct rates to appear
- [PW-3918] - Stage names are misaligned on the second page of the Project wizard (IE6 only)
- [PW-3924] - Viewing the 'Funding Usage' tab for a Project with Funding in a Financial Year that does not have other financial information fails with a system error
- [PW-3931] - The delete ('X') and 'Edit' buttons for Timesheet entries wrap onto separate lines when the browser window is not full size or with lower resolution displays
- [PW-3932] - Users with usernames longer than 22 characters cannot log in - the limit for the username on the 'Modify Resource' page is 40 characters, but the log on page will only accept 22 characters
- [PW-3935] - Some pages have incorrect breadcrumbs and / or page titles
- [PW-3936] - Clicking the 'Edit Stages' button on the 'View Stage Details' page fails with a system error if the project does not have a Lifecycle - the button should not appear if there is not Lifecycle (introduced in 4.1)
- [PW-3942] - The 'Outturn' column in the 'Current Financial Year' and 'Project Lifetime' tables on the Financial tab of the Project Snapshot contain forecast amounts, not outturn
- [PW-3950] - Comparing a Baseline with 'Current Project' sometimes fails with a system error
- [PW-3951] - The Project menu appears under the data on the 'Account Detail' page
- [PW-3953] - The 'Change project lifecycle' page does not show the current Lifecycle's Stages when the page loads (IE only)

- [PW-3966] - Project Financial Detail pages incorrectly display YTD column for the previous Financial Year in the first month of the current Financial Year
- [PW-3981] - A new Default Project Role cannot be added to Projects without refreshing all Projects with the entire default security setup
- [PW-3988] - If a dialog is opened on a modify page (eg the bookmarks dialog) and then closed and the page is then submitted with validation errors the breadcrumbs and page title for the returned page are incorrect
- [PW-3995] - Validation messages on the Modify Portfolio page show the internal message keys, not the actual message
- [PW-3999] - When validation errors are shown on the page for modifying a Project Benefit Measure the 'Add' / 'Update' and 'Cancel' buttons are pushed off the bottom of the page at lower screen resolutions
- [PW-4002] - The colours for 'Out of scope' and 'At risk' in the 'Scope' column of the Programme Reviews PDF report are reversed (ie 'Out of scope' is orange and should be red)
- [PW-4004] - Projects that have no Income / Expense data for the current Financial Year do not show the 'Current Financial Year' tab under Financials, even if they do have Resource costs data for the year
