Bugs fixed
- [IC-48] - The 'Entered by' field on an Enquiry can be overwritten if two Enquiries are opened in different browser windows and the first Enquiry is then saved
- [IC-49] - If a business with a special symbol in its name (eg '&' or '%') is selected as an 'Existing Business' when editing or creating an Enquiry its details are not updated on the page and it is not saved
