List of events
If your i-lign configuration generate notification emails option is set to Yes, then emails will be generated automatically for the following events:
- A project is created
- A project number is changed
- An issue is assigned or created
- A risk is assigned or created
- A change request status is changed
- A change request is assigned or created
- A change request requires an assessment
- A project is completed
- A project lifecycle decision has been made
- A project is sent for approval to move to the next stage in the lifecycle
- Time has been entered for a project by a person that is not assigned to the project
- A calendar is changed. Project managers are notified if the calendar change impacts their project
- A task or milestone is deleted and is used in another project (cross-project dependency)
- A timesheet has been returned
