Risk likelihood and consequence numeric scales are hard-coded into i-lign and cannot be modified. However, from v3.2 onwards, their descriptive terms can be customised to align with an organisation's individual risk management strategy.

Setting Exchange Rates

In order for project budgets and consolidated budgets to render correctly in the user's specified currency, bi-directional foreign exchange rates must be defined in i-lign.

Project Budget Totals

The Project Budget displays monthly budgeted and actual financial information for one financial year at a time.

Can a risk be assigned to more than one project?

An individual risk cannot be assigned to more than one project other than by assigning it to the projects' parent porfolio.

Managing project number allocation

Project number allocation can be centrally managed either externally to i-lign or by using i-lign's auto-number generation function.

Replacing a Lifecycle that has an approved stage

It is not possible to delete or edit approved lifecycle stages, but the lifecycle can be changed in the event of an approved stage needing to be extended, the stage was approved by mistake, or if a decision is made to follow a different methodology after the project has started.
