Set Up Resources

Most of the 'Resources' within i-lign comprise the licensed and logged on users able to use the full capability of the software. However, Resources can also include customers, stakeholders etc.

Set Up Teams

The team feature is based around simple hierarchies which can be configured to mirror your own organisational structure, and/or include ad-hoc programme teams.

Choose or Set Up Calendar

The purpose of the calendar is to allow organisations to specify their standard working calendar, including holidays, and for individuals to detail their individual calendars, including their unavailablity (non-working time).

If you are hosting i-lign inhouse, the i-lign Technical Team will work with you to install i-lign.

Import Resources: Overview

The i-lign tool has the ability to import existing resource information. This feature is particularly useful in situations where multiple users need to be created in i-lign, for instance at implementation time, or adding another team to the i-lign user base.
